Pupils
Deactivate hides a pupil from the app but keeps every answer (safe for the study). Delete permanently removes the pupil and all their data — it asks you to confirm twice.
Add pupil
Codes only — never a name. Leave PIN empty to auto-generate one.
Add pupils in bulk
One pupil per line: CODE (PIN auto-generated) or CODE,PIN. Max 100 per upload.

Onboard
Set up a whole school from one Excel file, or add pupils manually.- Click Set up from Excel, type the school code (the name fills in automatically), and download the template.
- Fill the Teachers and Pupils tabs, then save. Pupils are grouped into the class named in the Kelas column. A teacher who teaches several classes can list them in one cell, separated by commas (e.g.
5 Bijak, 5 Cerdik). On the Pupils tab, the Password column is optional (4–10 characters) — leave it blank to auto-generate a PIN. - Reopen Set up from Excel and upload the filled file — the logins appear below.
Set up a school from Excel
Type the school code, download the template, fill the Teachers and Pupils tabs, then upload it here.

Type the school code and class, then one pupil per line as Name, DELIMa ID.
Add school
Type the official school code — the name, state, PPD and area fill in automatically from the MoE directory. Not on the MoE list?
Register teacher
Type the official school code — the school name fills in automatically, and the teacher is linked to that school. The teacher signs in with their username or DELIMa ID. Leave password blank to auto-generate one.
